The project started with the development of a functional zoning scheme and space planning specifically for the lifestyle of the customer and his family.
The site for construction is located on the banks of the Kama River. It was decided to arrange living rooms, a swimming pool, and a summer veranda so that a beautiful view of the beach opens from the windows. At the same time, it was necessary to plan the house on a long section that narrows towards the river and to orient the maximum number of windows towards the sunny sides.
Another challenge was to make this house energy efficient. All these inputs led us to the existing configuration of the house.
